When is the last order date for Christmas?

To ensure you receive your order in time for Christmas please order by the 27th November. I'm hoping to be able to extend this date but I'd rather give a cautious date for now just in case I get busier than I'm expecting!

How do I wash my SnugaBug Blanket/Snuggle Square?

All SnugaBug products are machine washable at 30 degrees (although hand washing is recommended to extend its lifespan) and should be air dried.

I haven’t received confirmation of my order

Confirmation emails are sent after every order but sometimes these fall in to spam folders. To prevent this from happening add our email to your address book: snug.a.bug20@gmail.com

When will I receive my order?

All SnugaBug products are handmade to order and current turnaround is approximately up to 4 weeks. Please be mindful that this could be changed after you have placed your order.

Pre-made items are sent out within 1-3 days of purchase.

When your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping email; sometimes these do fall in to spam folders.

What is the size difference between a baby and toddler blanket?

The Baby Blankets measure at approximately 55x70cm and the Toddler Blankets are approximately 70x90cm.
